留学生にとって、日本企業に関わる情報収集や日本独特の就活プロセスに馴染むには大きなハードルがあります。また企業にとっても留学生との間で様々な面でマッチングを図り良好な雇用関係につなげていくことは容易ではありません。
　本プロジェクトでは、企業と留学生の相互理解を深めることを目的とし、さらには留学生のキャリア形成の一助となるようインターンシップ教育を重視し、企業と留学生の間のインターンシップを通じたマッチングシステムの確立を目指しています。
地域の企業に就職し，その専門的知見・スキル・国際性を活かしながら地域創生に寄与する高度職業人材の育成と，日本と諸外国の企業交流・人材交流を更に推進・発展させることができるグローバル人材の育成を，大学としての重要な役割と考え、地域定着へつなげていくことを狙いとしています。

For international students, there are significant hurdles in gathering information about Japanese companies and adjusting to the unique job hunting process in Japan. It is also not easy for companies to match international students in various aspects and to establish a good employment relationship with them.
　This project aims to deepen mutual understanding between companies and international students, and furthermore, to establish a matching system between companies and international students through internships, with an emphasis on internship education to help international students in their career development.
The project aims to develop high-level professional human resources who can work for local companies and contribute to regional development by utilizing their expertise, skills, and internationality, and to develop global human resources who can further promote and develop corporate and human resource exchanges between Japan and other countries. Kanazawa University would foster this linkage to the establishment of local communities as our important role.

インターンシップは企業と学生の相互理解を深める場として、就職活動においてよく活用されています。留学生においても、日本の企業風土や仕事のあり方に触れる貴重な機会です。
多くのインターンシップでは企業からプログラムが提供されていますが、金沢大学ではより多くのニーズを反映したオーダーメイドのインターンシッププログラムを実施しています。実施にあたっては、留学生の「学びたいこと、知りたいこと」ニーズ、大学の「学んでほしいこと」ニーズ、企業が「提供できること」、３者で事前面談を行い、実現可能なプログラムを策定しています。“企業で働くこと”を体得し、企業と学生とのマッチングを図るだけでなく留学生自身のキャリア観や職業観を広げることにも寄与しています。

Internships are often used in job hunting activities as a place to deepen mutual understanding between companies and students. For international students as well, it is a valuable opportunity to experience the corporate culture and work style in Japan.
While most internship programs are provided by companies, Kanazawa University offers a tailor-made internship programs that reflect the needs of a larger number of students. Prior to implementation, preliminary interviews are held with the international students to determine what they want to learn and know, what the university wants them to learn, and what the company can offer, in order to formulate a feasible program. The program not only helps students match with companies, but also contributes to broadening the career and occupational perspectives of the international students themselves.
