プライバシーポリシー
Privacy policy「かがやき・つなぐ」北陸・信州 留学生就職促進プログラム事業プライバシーポリシーに基づき，個人情報保護方針を以下のとおり定めています。
「かがやき・つなぐ」北陸・信州 留学生就職促進プログラムは，個人情報の重要性を認識上，以下の事項を遵守し，個人情報の取り組みを実施，継続してまいります。
Our personal information protection policy has been established based on the privacy policy of “The Kagayaki-Tsunagu Hokuriku-Shinshu Employment Promotion Program for Foreign Students”.
We recognize the importance of personal information and abide by the regulations specified below to protect personal information.
1. 個人情報の取得とその利用目的は以下のとおりです。
ご入力いただいた個人情報は，「かがやき・つなぐ」北陸・信州 留学生就職促進プログラム事業のみに利用させていただき，他の用途には使用いたしません。

Personal information received through program applications will only be used for the operation of the program.
2. 個人情報保護管理
利用者の個人情報は，以下の者が責任をもって管理することとします。

2. Management of personal information
“The Kagayaki-Tsunagu Hokuriku-Shinshu Employment Promotion Program for Foreign Students” takes responsibility for the management of participants’ personal information.
3. 外部委託について
個人情報の取り扱いの全部又は一部を外部に委託する場合があります。委託を行う場合，充分な個人情報保護水準を確保している委託先を選定し，機密保持に関する契約を行います。また，当該委託先に必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
3. Outsourcing
We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information. We will select contractors who guarantee complete compliance with regulations for the protection of personal information, and conclude a non-disclosure agreement. We will supervise the contractors as necessary.
4. 個人情報の管理について
個人情報への不当なアクセス又は個人情報の紛失，破棄，改竄，漏洩などの危険に対して，技術面及び組織面において必要な安全対策を継続的に講じるよう努めます。また，個人情報の保護に関する法令，業界規範・慣習，公序良俗を遵守します。
4. Protection of personal information
In order to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, breakage, manipulation, leakage, etc., we will take necessary countermeasures for the safety of the system and organization. In addition, we will strictly comply with the laws and regulations, industry standards and customs, and public order and morality, related to the protection of personal information.
