「かがやき・つなぐ」
北陸・信州留学生就職促進プログラムとは

金沢大学と信州大学は，「かがやき・つなぐ」北陸・信州留学生就職促進プログラムを共同で開始しました。これは，文部科学省の「留学生就職促進プログラム」として選定されたものです。このプログラムでは，１）「ビジネス日本語プログラム」，２）キャリア教育及び３）日本企業でのインターンシップ・プログラムを提供することにより，外国人留学生の日本企業での就職を促すものです。さらに，日本の企業文化になじみのない外国人留学生とグローバル人材，高度職業人材を求めている日本企業とのマッチングを進めます。これは，地元の産学官による外国人留学生と地元企業との結び付けを強め，地元企業の海外展開，ひいては北陸・信州地域の活性化につながる取組みです。

Kanazawa University and Shinshu University jointly launched the “Hokuriku – Shinshu Employment Promotion Program for International Students”, which is supported by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. It aims at promotion of employment of International students in Japanese companies through providing 1) Business Japanese Language Education program, 2) Career Education program and 3) Internship Program at Japanese companies. It is designed to provide improved interface between foreign students who are not familiar with the Japanese corporate culture and the Japanese companies which seek global talent and highly professional knowledge and skills. It is a joint undertaking by industry, academia and local administration to enhance ties between foreign students and local companies to lead to promotion of overseas deployment of local companies and revitalization of Hokuriku and Shinshu region.
